Pack with Care
Securely place the unused products in their original boxes; ensuring items are well-protected helps prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
